Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DevOpser LLC ("DevOpser", "we", "us") about your use of DevOpser Agents (the "Service"). By launching a team, signing in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DevOpser Agents gives you a team of AI experts that work on getting your product seen. Today the team includes an SEO Content Strategist; experts marked "coming soon" are not available yet. Your experts work from your onboarding brief and your brand brain. They research search results and competitor pages, audit your pages, suggest targets and draft content, and they bring that work to your command center for your review. The Service also includes a hosted blog for the articles you publish and connections to AI apps through MCP.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something significant that you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• Give accurate information and keep your email account secure. Sign-in codes go to your email, so anyone who controls your inbox can sign in as you.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by apps you connect.
• Until a guest team is saved with a verified email address, whoever has the browser session that launched it controls it. Save your team to keep access to it.
• Tell us at info@devopser.io right away if you think someone used your account without permission.

3. Credits, plans and payment

Credits

Credits pay for the work your experts do. Work spends credits according to what it uses, such as AI model usage, ranking, keyword and backlink lookups, and generated images. Web searches on your own connected key cost no credits. When your credits run out, work stops until you add credits or change your plan.

Free trial

A new team can start once with 100 free credits, without a card. We limit free trials to prevent abuse, and we may refuse a trial or suspend accounts created to get around those limits.

Plans

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Each plan includes a credit allowance.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the Credits page with Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period.

Top-ups

You can buy extra credits as a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout.

Payment terms

• Stripe processes payments, and Stripe's terms also apply.
• Prices do not include taxes unless we say so. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase.
• We may change prices. A new price applies to your plan from your first renewal after we give you at least 30 days' notice.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and end when your account closes.
• Payments and credits are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you think a charge is wrong, email info@devopser.io.

4. AI output and your review

• Your experts use AI models. Their research, audits, suggestions, drafts and images can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, can resemble content made for someone else, and can include claims you cannot back up or material that belongs to others.
• Search data, rankings and estimates come from third parties and can be wrong. We do not promise any ranking, traffic, citation in AI answers or other business result.
• By default, nothing is published and nothing reaches your customers until you approve it. Each item waits for your sign-off.
• If you turn on auto-publish in Settings, eligible content publishes without asking you first. By turning it on, you approve that content in advance.
• You are responsible for everything you approve or let auto-publish, as if you had written it yourself. Before you approve something, check that it is accurate, that you can support its claims, that it follows advertising, consumer protection and endorsement rules, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or reveal private information.
• Experts draft outreach but cannot send it. If you send a draft, you are responsible for following anti-spam and privacy laws.
• Output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you put into the Service, such as your brief, brand brain, library, uploads and instructions ("Your Content").
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content, including sending it to the providers named in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the Service to you and to publish what you approve.
• As between you and us, you own the output your experts create for you, to the extent the law allows. Output may not be protected by copyright, and others may receive similar output.
• You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for Your Content, including for any personal information about other people in it.
• We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break the law or help someone else break it
• point your team at a site you do not own or are not authorized to market
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights
• publish false, misleading or deceptive content, including fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• publish content that is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or violent, or that promotes illegal activity
• create, share or promote content that exploits or harms children; we remove it and report it to the authorities
• distribute malware or phishing, or try to break into our systems or other people's accounts
• overload, disrupt or probe the Service, or get around its limits, including by creating more than one free trial
• resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your own API keys

• Web search runs only on a SerpApi or Google Programmable Search key that you connect. DevOpser does not provide a search key, so without one your experts cannot search the web.
• You must be allowed to use the key you connect this way.
• Searches made with your key cost no credits. They count against your account with that provider, and its terms, limits and billing apply to you.
• We store your key encrypted and use it only for your team's work. We apply a daily cap to limit use, but you are responsible for your account with that provider, including any charges or suspensions.
• Rankings, keyword data and backlink lookups run on DevOpser's DataForSEO account and spend credits.

8. Third-party services

The Service works with services run by other companies, including Google Search Console, Google sign-in, Stripe, SerpApi, DataForSEO, Zernio, Amazon Web Services and the AI apps you connect. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them, and they may change or stop working with the Service. When you connect one, you allow us to access and use information from it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Social posts you approve are published through Zernio, a scheduling service that DevOpser uses under its own account. The terms of each social platform you connect also apply to those posts.

9. Connected AI apps

• You can connect an app that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Claude. A connected app can use your account within the access you approve, including sending work to your experts.
• Work started from a connected app spends credits and follows the same approval rules as work started in the command center.
• You can disconnect an app at any time under Connected apps.
• The app's provider, not DevOpser, is responsible for that app.

10. Hosted blog and copyright complaints

• We host the articles you publish on a blog we provide. On plans that include it, you can serve that blog from a subdomain of your own domain.
• You are responsible for your published content and for the DNS records you add for your domain.
• We may take down content that breaks these Terms or the law.

If you believe content on a blog we host infringes your copyright, email info@devopser.io with: the work you believe is infringed; where the content is; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We will remove or disable access to infringing content and tell the account holder.

11. Our rights in the Service

• We own the Service, including its software, design, expert instructions and brand. These Terms do not give you any right to our trademarks.
• If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
• Features marked beta, preview or coming soon may change or be withdrawn, and are provided as they are.

12. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using the Service at any time. Cancel your plan on the Credits page, and delete your account from Settings, under Account. Our Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes and what to ask us to erase.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, do not pay, or put the Service, other users or the public at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
• If we stop offering the Service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
• When your account closes, your access ends, unused credits end, and your hosted blog may be taken offline. Copy anything you want to keep before then.
• Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, continue after termination.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities
• our total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify DevOpser and its officers, employees and agents, which means you will defend them and cover their losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, against claims that arise from Your Content, content you approve or let auto-publish, outreach you send, your use of your own API keys or connected apps, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before you bring a claim, contact us at info@devopser.io so we can try to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of the country where you live gives you and that a contract cannot take away.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will email account holders at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.

18. General

• These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.
• You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party providers.
