Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 2026
DevOpser LLC wants everyone to be able to use DevOpser Agents, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification or voice control.
Our goal
We aim for DevOpser Agents to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is our target. Not every part of the Service meets it yet, and this statement says where we know it falls short.
What we have done
- The landing page and these legal pages have a skip link, and they are built with headings and landmarks that screen readers can navigate.
- Form fields on the landing page and in sign-in have labels, and messages such as a mistyped web address or a sent code are announced to screen readers.
- Sign-in needs no password. You enter a six-digit code from your email, and the code field supports autofill.
- Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- The landing page follows your device's reduced motion setting, and its animated chart is complete without animation or JavaScript.
- Every image in an article your experts draft must have alt text before the article can be queued for publishing.
- We are reviewing the whole Service against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and fixing what we find.
Known limitations
- No one has tested the Service with a screen reader yet.
- Some sections of your experts' desks have not been fully checked yet: targets, competitor radar, press, drafts and mission.
- A few secondary pages have not been checked yet: two-factor authentication, activity, older organization pages, and the screen where you approve an AI app's connection.
- The sign-in code is submitted automatically as soon as you enter the sixth digit, without a separate step to check it first.
- Each expert's avatar shows white text on that expert's brand color, and some of those colors may not have enough contrast.
- Pages run by other companies, such as Stripe's checkout and Google's sign-in, are outside our control.
- Content your experts draft can have accessibility problems, such as unclear headings or alt text that does not describe the image. Check it before you approve it.
Report a barrier
If something in DevOpser Agents is hard or impossible for you to use, email info@devopser.io with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you like, the browser and assistive technology you use.
We reply within 5 business days. If we cannot fix the problem quickly, we will help you get what you need another way, for example by doing the task for you or by sending the information in a format that works for you.
